PAIS Joins ' To Be Number One '


HRH Princess Ubol Ratana Rajakanya Sirivadhana Barnavadi inspired the youth with her project “To Be Number One” in pursuit of healthy and positive life. This year, Pan-Asia International School joins this nationwide campaign against illegal drugs. Represented by Mr. Idris Kalkan (Head of School), and Ms. Sumalee Wichaidit (Thai Director), together with students namely, Emily Joos, Salahuddin Yama, Xie Peihang, Cecilia Valentina Pettersson, and Hilal Nur Gercek, PAIS group received the Princess at Rajadamri School on Monday, 20th February 2017.

The theme of the campaign aims to let the young generation feel that they can only be the best they can be by not using drugs. This positive approach has urged Thai juveniles to spend their spare time fruitfully, by following their inclinations to something worthwhile, so that they would take pride in themselves and would not involve to drugs.

In this regard, the Princess encourages educational institutions to involve students not only to academic and sports activities, but also to other rewarding schemes towards self-improvement discipline, confidence, and to have a pro-active attitude in order to turn away from drug abuse.
